Dispel defence DC:
14 + caster_lvl + arcane_defence_abjuration(4) + fameshop_bonus(6 max). Max 64

Dispel attack roll:
5 + character_level/2 + fameshop_upgrades(5 max). Max 30 + d20
Dispel defence DC:
