Passive feats

- Evil Blight - requirements:  Blackguard Level  16.           Decrease base attributes (-4) within a 10-meter radius if failed a WILL save against check (10 + lvl character/2 + STR mod). Duration: 100 rounds. Cooldown: 100 rounds. 1 Use/Day.
 
- Divine Might - requirements: 13 STR, 13 CHA, Power Attack, Turn Undead.         +Divine dmg equal you CHA mod. Duration: (CHA mod * 2) rounds. 3 + CHA mod Use/Day.
 
- Divine Shield - requirements: 13 STR, 13 CHA, Power Attack, Turn Undead.        +DODGE AC equal CHA mod. If character have epic weapon focus on Two-handed weapon - SHIELD AC. Dont stack with Heroic Shield. Duration: (CHA mod * 2) rounds. 3 + CHA mod Use/Day. Does not work if DEX>=20.
